Which is one reason the last 2 games were passed; have you played fallout 3?

I'm not saying I know for sure, but our OFLC usually gets this stuff right. It's not their fault we don't have an <R> rating for games.

they probably removed or toned down the addiction system or some shit...
or else they have guys handing them out on street corners.

hmm.... so yes there is an incentive to take drugs to progress more easily, but hang on, you can get addicted to those drugs, which will make your experience...
