Just a little rant... wtf is with IT departments these days hiring people that have little to no clue about the tools and utilities used to keep the infrastructure up and running.
Take ye olde MSI files. I'm dealing with an IT department that doesn't know how to make these install silently (no prompts, no dialogs, nothing) nor how to uninstall one if it isn't present in Add/Remove programs and thus request a "new" MSI to fix it...
How the fuck do people like this get into such positions...
