Sigh.
It's not too much of an issue if it's just one country - although the fact that the US controls TLDs is annoying.
I mean, all end users need to do is set their primary DNS to one outside the country and they'll be fine.
It's a real pain in the ass if a bunch of other countries follow suit though.
