I thought it was going to be a quote from Tim Minchin, and expected some kind of satire.

Instead it's Nick Minchin, the man who is unable to understand evidence based decision making and basic cause and effect.

Yes that's right tiger - let's encourage smokers because they die early. Never mind the health money diverted from other areas which is required to treat smoking related illnesses.
