Humdrum article, but the final line made my day.
Who do you think you are? If you'd stopped winning, you could have been the Biggest Loser, if you gave up, you could have been a Survivor, if you'd stopped reading Orwell, you could have been on Big Brother!

Howard Stern had them on a few weeks back promoting a gig they were playing in NYC. During the interview Brian Johnson made mention of them being from Australia , have to admit before that interview I thought they were from England.
Acdc/Pink/Inxs the list is not long.

Here I thought she was from Australia, didn't research it. Another talk show host in the afternoon is from Australia and he's always talking her up. I made the assumption she was Australian. He's friends with her and whenever she plays in Australia he has to get his family back home tickets, She just recently toured there I guess, Sold out alot of venues? Assumptions are bad 8(

Nah, I had to look it up myself - just to be sure!

There's a reasonably complete discussion here, though not every artist will be recognisable, we seem to have 2-3 bands with international recognition at any one time.

'tain't huge, but not too shabby for a country with a population of a mid size US state.

Yeah a few more on there I recognize. It has to be tough for any rock band to make it these days. I turn on the hit's station and it's all rap and pop.
