Last week French Communist party deputy Andre Gerin launched a campaign to make it illegal for women to hide their faces in public.
The... huh?
Okay, France is a pretty freakin' weird country. So... alright. I'm obviously missing something here.
My only guess as to why they'd do this is to do with the garment being likely to spark attack or rioting or something?
Sarkozy is fuckin' nuts though, if his track record is anything to go by.
