While I found this story amusing, what I found even MORE amusing was the #1 story in the "Related Stories" section on the right hand side of the article:

Notice the title: "God 'Will not Give Happy Ending'". Amusingly enough, it's a story about a pstor declaring that god doesn't guarantee anyone peace and hapiness in the afterlife. I wonder how many people clicked on it think that it was .... something else, especially given the article they are clicking from?

Basically he's saying, "Don't sit there and be smug and think God will intervene and make everything in the world better. You made the environmental mess, now clean it up, or sleep in it."
It's refreshingly straightforward, really; but members of C of E aren't the protestants who most need a wake up call on that front.
