Chimps Gone Wild

Okay, so Muse' "guy who had half his body eaten by a chimp" story seems a lot more likely.

Seriously, it's bad enough for people to own huge dogs, chimps are nasty pricks.

WTB pics of that guys face. I guess it's justice for taking a fucking wild animal as a pet though. These people get no sympathy from me.

I was actually looking for a guy who got his nose removed for no good medical reason, I think his excuse was something along the lines of "It didn't feel like it was a part of my body, it didn't feel like it belonged to me".
Kinda like that guy who had his arm amputated and then attached to his brother. They also "traded" fingers or something too. Fucking weird.

EDIT: Apparently the arm switching was a April fools joke, I should read more. But I'm sure the nose thing is true... or maybe not.

It's a relatively "common" (not incredibly rare, I guess) psychological condition - usually with arms or legs though.

These people really don't feel comfortable with the limb in question and often do all kinds of silly things to force an amputation.

And then... if they succeed, they feel way better and get on with their lives.

It really is strange.

I laughed at them playing the audio tapes on the news "OMG HE KILLED MY FRIEND, HE ATE HER FACE OFF".....

I'm actually disappointed to hear that the woman was only injured and not killed, makes the story far less interesting.
