HAHA I totally agree with this

I mean it's not as though the achievement system is anything new, but in WoW it preys on peoples addictive personalities and is quite unhealthy. I haven't "sought" points in anything other than raiding, and even then I don't really care if I get the points of not (unless it's for a shiney title or something), so long as we progress, have fun doing so and play well.

the worst part in acheivements ar ethe ones that make you repeat what youve already done, like I'm not going to go back and do mara SM etc just to get the acheivement when i ran them 10+ times while levelling.

The only ones i like are the heroic ones cos at least it makes the encounter that tiny bit harder the others really don't do anything but waste time to me but each to their own, and foamy is FTW
