At a guess, 2 different kinds of mace. A morning star? Or something.
Isn't a morning star like a flail kinda thing attached to a chain and handle?
If Diablo 2 taught me anything, and it did, it's that a Morning star is a spiked ball on the end of a forearm length handle, the first picture Alleycat posted.

A "Mace" is blunt, no spikes.

Are you sure? I thought the "ball with spikes" was a "morning star" (see: the 2H mace from karathress), but the "ball and chain" ws a "flail" regardless of the presence of absence of spikes.

Of course, someone with more knowledge than I will probably just shoot me down.

thankfully there is a place where we can consult with such guru's of ye olde thyme
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flail_(weapon) wrote:The term "morning star" actually refers to the head of a weapon[citation needed] (the small round spiked ball) and can be used for either a morning star mace (on a shaft) or flail (if on a chain). Flails also sometimes had blunt round heads or flanges like a mace. Some written records point to small rings attached to chains on a flail used to inflict greater damage, but no historical examples are known to exist.[citation needed]

PS

I love the comment that's like 4th from the top:
"4 fricken Euros?"

It's like saying, "I'll kick you in the nuts if you pay me a dollar" and they're all like "A dollar? I'll give you 20 cents."

Man that would just be such a fucked up thing to confront someone about... I think the appropriate action would be a restraining order and counseling. Maybe she is too afraid to admit to anyone cause of the religion element... A lot of things like this in religion have the blame/responsibility pushed onto the victim >.> GG 21st century.

I think there's a non embarassing solution to that.

Hire a male prostitute to fuck him and see how he likes it.
