Quick translation of the above. It's meant to be a joke in Japanese and isn't another one of those "crazy Japanese things":
It all began with a simple question from one of our customers.
"Why aren't there any men's bras?"
What do you mean, why? Because we don't need them!
But still, the fact that there are people out there who want them...
