I call it the "Rico Workout". I'm thinking of going down to my local gym and offering my workout to selected ladies. No special apparatus needed.

Man that was engrossing and engorging....too much mushroom tea for me!
Once upon a midnight dreary, while i pron surfed, weak and weary, over many a strange and spurious site of ' hot xxx galore'. While i clicked my fav'rite bookmark, suddenly there came a warning, and my heart was filled with mourning, mourning for my dear amour, " 'Tis not possible!", i muttered, " give me back my free hardcore!"..... quoth the server, 404.

I wonder which "prestigious Californian university" conducted these tests, although I can't help but think this is somehow a wind-up. The internet makes me too paranoid I guess.

10/10 though, I'd watch this video again....with a box of kleenex aww yeah
