I've been putting off fixing my server's clock "issue" since forever, and it means that when I realise it's off by an hour or so, the forums effective go back in time and you get all of this...
...it's better than the 7 year jump that I managed about 12 months ago. Nobody could post, because they'd already posted 7 years in the future, which was sooner than the 15 second limit on the spam prevention. >.<
phpBB is a really good package, but it has some curious oversights, particularly with time/date issues.
