He is in the guild, so social access is generally granted in those instances. Although I don't know how we really feel about having palm trees in the guild and I wonder why Tak has tried to hide his true nature.

Special titles are "usually" reserved for long time members and people who bribe Cartmonster. Most of the time it's an inside joke for the guild or just something stupid requested by the person (see Taks).
